Croom Concrete’s pre-cast L-Walls are designed to form a range of bays or other dividing walls without imposing a load on the frame of the building. As well as forming bays and dividing walls inside buildings, they can be used outside, where they are proving invaluable for the storage of products that are not affected by weather.
Once positioned, they are fixed in place with H-20 bars and resin.
Commercial, residential, agricultural and other applications. L-Walls are one of the most versatile pre-cast units on the market, and are becoming increasingly popular in a wide range of civil engineering projects.
- Earth retention
- Dividing walls
- Grain, cereal and other crop storage
- Waste recycling bunkers
- Bulk storage
Speed of installation is one of the primary features of these cleverly designed units, together with their simplicity, which means they can be erected, moved into position, and fixed, using unskilled or semi-skilled labour. Once positioned onto the concrete foundation and aligned, using a mortar and shims, holes are drilled into the concrete using the 30 mm holes in the unit bases as a guide. The two–part polyester resin is then poured into the holes, and the H 20 bar inserted so that it is just below the surface of the unit and is completely encapsulated by the resin.
L-Walls are durable, strong and stable
L-Walls, otherwise known as Bunker Walls, are one of the most cost-effective products on the market.
